If someone test drives a Land Rover, they’re 80% more likely to buy one. The problem is their showrooms are closed by 5 on Saturdays and completely on Sundays. So we created Test Drive On Demand, an app that allowed users to block out time to test-drive an available Land Rover in their area and register for activity-based test drives (which better informed the brand about usage). The app itself was a key to the vehicle which included a virtual product assistant that guided drivers around the vehicle using beacon technology.
